Confidentiality

1 Subject to the provisions of paragraph 2, if one party (the Receiving Party) obtains confidential information of the other party (the Disclosing Party) related to these Terms of Use, the Receiving Party shall:

Service Process

1 Requirement: Please contact our by phone or Email, fill out the "Service Application Form" and provide your demand. After mutual communication and discussion, we will confirm the service demand.

2 Confirm Options: Based on the identified needs, we propose a service plan, including service content, analysis methods, and service fees, etc., and confirm that it has been approved by the customer.

3 Sample: The customer should provide the required analysis samples, along with a completed「Service Request Form」and send them to our laboratory via express courier.

4 Experiments & Analysis: Perform various experiments and data analysis according to the contracted service content; report the implementation status to the client as appropriate during the implementation process.

5 Information & Reports: Provide customer related information and reports, including experimental methods and procedures, data analysis results.

6 Analysis samples by the Laboratory will be returned to the client or disposed of as waste in accordance with the "Service Request Form".

Report Revision/Supplement

1 If the client has any request for deletion/separation of items or modification of information in the test report, please fill in the customer confirmation form within 3 months after the original report is issued, and the report modification fee will be charged. Report modification will not be accepted more than 3 months after the issuance of the report.

2 The commissioner may apply for additional copies of the report in Chinese and English after the report has been mailed and will be charged a fee for additional copies of the report.

Report Disclaimer

1 The results of the test reports issued by the Center are invalidated by alteration and may not be reproduced in part or used separately without prior written permission.

2 The Laboratory does not perform sampling, and the test report results are only responsible for the samples sent for testing by the client, and the information on the batch size, number of samples sent for testing and the number of tests conducted are provided by the client.

3 If a specification value is provided in the test report, the specification value is for reference only and shall not be used as evidence in legal proceedings.

4 The content of the test report issued by the Laboratory does not provide a declaration of conformity, measurement uncertainty, or a determination of conformity.

5 The matters contained in the test report issued by the Laboratory shall not be used for public advertisement, commercial marketing or the development of procurement specifications; any responsibility for the use of the test report without the prior written consent of the Laboratory shall not be related to the Laboratory.
