TLC/HPTLC Chromatography Spectrometer

- HPTLC chromatogram is an image of plates obtained under white light or UV light. In quantitative analyses where density (diagram) or section images are used, TLC/HPTLC provides a unique opportunity to “visualize” the chromatographic results.
- ATS4 is a fully automated sampling instrument for qualitative and quantitative analysis, as well as for preparatory separations.
- VISUALIZER 2 photographic dosing system, a high-end imaging and file recording system, provides maximum uniform illumination under white light, long-wavelength UV and short-wavelength UV for high-quality images.
- Scanner 4 optical density scanner measures the reflected light of separated substances in absorptive fluorescent mode. Controlled by vision CATS software, the TLC Scanner 4 allows quantitative evaluation of the resulting densitometric data. The spectral range from 190 to 900 nm allows the selection of single or multiple wavelengths for densitometric scanning. As a result, the detection can be fine-tuned to match the spectral characteristics of the sample for optimal detection specificity and sensitivity.
- ADC2 fully automatic spreading bath is a device for repeatable plate development. It performs the development step fully automatically, and independently of environmental effects.
- TLC-MS2 Extraction: Through the pioneering concept of hyphenating High-Performance Thin-Layer Chromatography with Mass Spectrometry, unequivocal substance identification is possible. The TLC-MS Interface 2 can be installed plug & play with any LC-MS system without adjustments or mass spectrometer modifications. Depending on the MS system, a substance can be identified within a minute via its mass spectrum, or for an unknown substance zone, the respective sum formula can be obtained.
- Derivatizer is used for automated reagent transfer in the derivatization of thin-layer chromatograms and sets a new standard of reproducibility by employing a unique “micro droplet” spraying technology (patented). The Derivatizer ensures homogeneity and convenience in applying derivatization reagents and offers other advantages as compared to manual spraying and immersion. The device is suitable for all common reagents.

- FlexA-200 is a full-wavelength ELISA microplate spectrophotometer based on a grating monochromator with a wavelength range of 200-1000nm. It has the advantage of flexible detection without the need to add additional filters. It can be used for spectral scanning, end-point assay and kinetic measurements and suitable for 96-well and 384-well plates with and without lids.
- FlexA-200 is equipped with micro tray temperature-controlled shaking culture function, and the culture temperature is up to 45℃.
